Intermediate Reformer
Service Description
Try our intermediate reformer class at Forme- Taking what you learned in Foundational Reformer and adding a little spice.... This class offers challenging full-body integration to help you build strength, flexibility, and balance. This class moves a little bit faster, and resistance is a little heavier than the foundational. We recommend taking our foundational class first to ensure you feel comfortable in this intermediate level class.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your group class reservation up to 6 hours before start time. Failure to do so will result in loss of class credit and a fee of $12. We understand that life happens, so we do allow you to reschedule your class up to 4 hours before start time. We thank you for understanding and respecting our group class policy!
