This challenging class incorporates advanced classical exercises and full body integration to help you achieve maximum burn and gain strength. Suitable to be taken after foundational and intermediate classes, it is designed to push students to their limit while still being accessible to anyone looking for a challenge.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your group class reservation up to 6 hours before start time. Failure to do so will result in loss of class credit and a fee of $12. We understand that life happens, so we do allow you to reschedule your class up to 4 hours before start time. We thank you for understanding and respecting our group class policy!
